Its a little bit of an advanced concept but well worth the effort to investigate and learn about.
Wow! This is such amazing information. Thank you for posting this. I never thought about having different types of diets based on metabolic types. I really want to know more about this but it totally makes sense from what you have explained so far.
I tend to over do it on the carbs. I learned I really need to be eating more protein even if I am eating less carbohydrates. I never thought about what metabolic type I could be. That makes a huge difference in knowing what to eat as well as what not to eat. I always thought I would lose the most weight by just cutting back.
Wow, you really do go into detail here, but I like it. I think that, in some instances, weight loss is not always quite as basic as eating clean and exercising; different things work differently for you depending on various factors, some of which you mentioned. Excellent advice!
