Breaking down the word super reminds us of descriptions of marvelous, excellent, splendid, and superb. Combining these words with our foods definitely tells us these foods have a great quality. The quality of these foods are a great combination of nutrient rich foods that are very beneficial for your well-being and all around health. Not only do these foods give your awesome health benefits, but most will help you lose weight along the way. They are the best natural way to build our bodies up and help prevent illness and disease.     I just asked my boyfriend this and he said, ‘hot wings?’ SERIOUSLY! I’m going to have to make him change some eating habits! This is a great list. Printing it and putting it on the fridge!
