    Since I have turned vegetarian, I am always trying to figure out what to eat for protein. I honestly had no idea that sprouted brown rice was protein, this makes me so excited since I love this food!! Love this blog site because I’m learning so much from it!

    This is actually the first time I have ever heard of sprouted brown rice. But I actually just started eating rice and it’s one of my all time favorite right now, so I’m going to look into this. Love that it can be added to shakes and things in a powder form too because I don’t want to get tired of eating it all the time. Very helpful…thanks!
